These uses apply to data collected through our website and our business communications. They do not apply to Google user data, which is governed only by the Google User Data section below.
Google User Data
This section applies to data that 41 Labs receives from Google APIs through the AI Sales Closer application ("Google user data"). Where this section conflicts with any other part of this policy, this section controls.
Scopes we request, and why
AI Sales Closer requests only these scopes, and uses the data solely to operate the calendar booking feature that the workspace administrator connects:
- .../auth/userinfo.email — the email address of the connected Google account. Used to show the administrator which Google account is connected.
- .../auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly — the list of calendars the account is subscribed to. Used so the administrator can choose which calendars the assistant may use.
- .../auth/calendar.freebusy — free and busy times on the selected calendars. Used to offer only times that are genuinely open.
- .../auth/calendar.events — events on the selected calendars. Used to create, update and cancel the meetings the assistant books.
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing calendar booking feature of AI Sales Closer. We use it for no other purpose.
We do not:
- use Google user data for advertising, marketing, promotional messaging, or remarketing of any kind;
- use Google user data for general website or product analytics;
- use Google user data to develop, train, improve or fine-tune artificial intelligence or machine learning models, including generalized or non-personalized models;
- sell, rent or license Google user data;
- transfer Google user data to data brokers, information resellers, or any third party for that party's own purposes;
- allow any person to read Google user data, except (a) with the user's prior affirmative consent for specific messages, (b) where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data is aggregated and anonymised and used for internal operations.
How we share Google user data
We transfer Google user data only where necessary to provide or improve the calendar booking feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition after we obtain the user's explicit prior consent. Our infrastructure providers process Google user data only on our instructions, only to run the service, and never for their own purposes.
The provisions elsewhere in this policy covering marketing, analytics, cookies and business transfers do not apply to Google user data.
Retention and deletion
We retain Google user data only while the workspace keeps the Google Calendar connection active. An administrator can disconnect the Google account at any time in AI Sales Closer, under Settings then Integrations. On disconnection we delete the stored OAuth tokens and the associated Google user data within 30 days. A user can also revoke our access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. For deletion requests, contact alexander@41labs.ai.
Limited Use
AI Sales Closer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our business (hosting, analytics, scheduling)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition. Google user data is transferred in a merger or acquisition only after we obtain the user's explicit prior consent.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

- Limited access to personal data
