This page explains, in plain English, how 41 Closer plans, AI usage, and billing work — including what the "chats per month" on each plan is based on. It sits alongside the order or statement of work you sign. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.
What you're paying for
41 Closer is a managed service. You pay a one-time build fee to set it up, then a monthly plan while we build, run, and tune it for you. You are not buying software that you operate — we operate it for you.
How usage works (the token pool)
Everything the AI reads and writes runs on tokens — the standard unit AI models use. Every plan includes a set amount of tokens each month.
A full WhatsApp sales conversation uses about 10,000 tokens on average. That covers the AI reading its instructions and the relevant parts of your catalogue and prices, plus the back-and-forth with your customer. Short chats use fewer tokens; long or complex ones use more.
So the "chats per month" shown on each plan is an estimate, worked out as your monthly token allowance divided by about 10,000 tokens per chat:
| Plan | Tokens included / month | Approx. chats / month |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum | ~3.5 million | up to ~350 |
| Pro | ~10 million | up to ~1,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom, scoped to you | Scoped to you |
The "up to 350 / 1,000 chats" figure is a guide, not a hard cap on the number of conversations. What is fixed is the monthly token allowance. A month of shorter chats may fit more than the estimate; a month of longer, more detailed chats may fit fewer.
If you go over your allowance
If you use more than your monthly tokens, extra usage is $4 per 100,000 tokens — about $0.40 per extra chat. We monitor your usage and tell you before you run low, so you can top up or move to a higher plan. We will never charge overage without telling you first. No surprise bills.
The one-time build fee
- Minimum — $4,800: we build, train, connect, and launch your closer.
- Pro — $9,600: the same, and it includes cleaning and loading your full catalogue.
- Enterprise: scoped to your setup.
Data ingestion (cleaning and structuring a large or messy catalogue) is $4,800. It is included on Pro and Enterprise, and an optional add-on on Minimum only if your data needs the work. The build fee is a one-time charge.
Billing, payment, and annual
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in Singapore Dollars (SGD), by card or bank transfer.
- Annual option: pay for the year and get two months free (pay for 10, get 12).
- On Pro and Enterprise, the one-time build fee can be credited against an annual commitment.
Cancellation — no lock-in
Plans are month to month. You can cancel any time before your next billing date. There is no long contract and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, we keep the agent running until the end of the period you have paid for, then switch it off.
Our guarantees
- Try before you pay: you can watch it sell your own products before you commit.
- 30-day performance promise: in your first month, if 41 Closer does not catch the after-hours sales you would have missed, that month is free.
What we run, and availability
We build, run, and tune the agent for you and keep it on brand and on price. When a chat is tricky, or a customer wants a person, the agent hands off to your team with the full history. We aim for high availability and monitor the service; a formal uptime SLA is available on Enterprise plans. WhatsApp itself is provided by Meta and is subject to Meta's own availability and policies.
Your data, and who owns what
You own your agent and everything it learns. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except as needed to run the service (for example, the AI providers and the WhatsApp and payment platforms that power it). We handle personal data in line with Singapore's PDPA. You are responsible for the accuracy of the products, prices, and information you give us to train the agent.
Fair use
Each plan is for one business's genuine customer conversations. Plans may not be used for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, reselling the service, or anything that breaks WhatsApp's or Meta's Business rules. We may pause a service that breaches these rules or Meta's policies.
EDG grant
Eligible Singapore companies may be able to offset part of the cost through the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), and we can help with the paperwork. Grant approval is decided by Enterprise Singapore, not by us, and is not guaranteed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material and affects your plan, we will tell you before it takes effect.
